The client is an insurance agency that represents 30 different insurance companies. They have been in the industry for 17+ years, with offices in Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, and Dayton Beach.

The Requirement

Running a giant operation like this requires a robust team. But the client was looking for cost-effective and scalable solutions to bridge the talent gap in their in-house team. They wanted a BCP team to work outside the US to handle outbound calls and transfer only those that required a licensed agent.
