The client is an insurance agency that represents 30 different insurance companies. They have been in the industry for 17 years, with offices in Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, and Dayton Beach.
The Requirement
Running a giant operation like this requires a robust team. But the client was looking for cost-effective and scalable solutions to bridge the talent gap in their in-house team. They wanted a BCP team to work outside the US to handle outbound calls and transfer only those that required a licensed agent.
The Challenges
The client expected a mix of efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quick scalability. To meet their expectations, we needed to source call center agents with prior experience in insurance. The client also expected us to minimize the training duration as much as possible and to start right away!
Our Solutions
We offered the client a realistic plan to start a pilot team of 5 agents and add additional agents only during peak seasons. It helped the customer to budget and forecast the expenses accordingly. We deployed five tenured agents with the perfect skillets according to the client’s requirements.
Also, we adopted a strategic approach, where we decided on the number of agents required for the season in advance and onboarded seasonal agents who could be relieved from their duties post-season.
