• The FWS team integrated multiple methods and technologies to develop accurate cost estimates that were based on local construction costs and local building regulations. DIALux software was used to improve lighting calculations, and Carrier Hourly Analysis Program (HAP) software was incorporated for HVAC system costs
• As required, the team conducted detailed cost research to further support the accuracy of local construction equipment costs used in final cost estimates
• Bi-weekly meetings were held throughout the project to ensure full communication and understanding of details as well as to incorporate any needed changes in the scope of work
• The construction cost estimation project was completed successfully - on time and according to client specifications and expectations
