Created 3D Modeling Shadow Boards for a German Manufacturer

The Client

Flatworld Solutions was contacted by a leading shadow board and foam inlay design and manufacturer from Germany. The client required CAD and 3D modeling services for manufacturing their Shadow boards which are used for tools, work pieces, packaging and other applications. They were also looking for a partner who could work on their software and on some occasions required the CAD versions of the files to be shared for manufacturing purposes.

After checking out the portfolio of 3D modeling work and CAD drawings - the client decided to work with the Flatworld Team.

The Problems

Team Flatworld was given the task of creating CAD drawings and 3D models for the shadow boards. There were a few challenges which were handled by the team Flatworld, these were -

The Results
