The client is an established manufacturer and fabricator of industrial fuel injectors as well as other fuel-related parts. They are a leading provider of OEM performance parts for distributors, service centers, and engine overhaul experts. Several latest generation aircraft still use the client's fuel injector.

Client Requirement

The increase in demand saw the client not meeting the deliverables and falling behind their capabilities. To prevent their customers from defecting to the competition the client chose to outsource 3D part modeling of fuel tank straps to keep the growth value unaffected. Therefore, the search for a dedicated partner began. This search helped them learn about our milestones in the last 20 years. The client provided image and sketches for reference along with the PDF format of the same files.

  3. 3D Part Modeling with Inventor 2015

    FWS's expert modeler leveraged the feature-rich Inventor 2015 suite to finish the drawings in stipulated time

  4. Model Review and Submission

    We dispatched the finished models to the client for review and a further list of modification was applied as per their instruction. The updated model was once more dispatched for approval from the client
