Our team had to manually verify the scanned bank statements furnished by prospective customers as part of the regulatory requirement. The acquired data had to be entered in a pre-defined spreadsheet template.

The challenge - The time taken for processing 30-14 pager document was close to 8 to 9 hours. The existing process did not involve analytics or dashboard generation.
