Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Flatworld Solutions Inc. Affiliate Program. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to abide by the conditions below. This agreement outlines our partnership structure, your obligations, and key program policies you must adhere to.

Overview of Partnership

The Flatworld Solutions Inc. Affiliate Program is designed to reward individuals and organizations who promote our specialized services – including call center & customer support, mortgage back-office support, insurance back-office operations, and accounting services—such as accounts reconciliation, outsourcing accounting, and bookkeeping—through their platforms. You will earn commissions for referring qualified leads or customers through your unique affiliate link.

Eligibility Criteria

To participate, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Own or manage a legitimate website, blog, social media profile, or audience channel.
• Not promote content that is discriminatory, hateful, adult-themed, violent, or illegal.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) disclosure rules, CAN-SPAM Act, and relevant privacy/data regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

We reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our sole discretion and may re-evaluate eligibility at any time.

Commission Structure

As a Flatworld Solution Inc. affiliate, you have the opportunity to earn through one or more of the following commission models, depending on your partnership tier and the campaign you’re enrolled in:

• Revenue Share (RevShare): Ideal for established affiliates or strategic partners, this model pays a percentage of the net sale or project value whenever a referred client completes a successful transaction. Ongoing commissions may apply for repeat business from the same client.
• Cost-Per-Lead (Currently Not Available): Receive a flat fee for every qualified lead that is referred and successfully converted into a potential sales opportunity. This model rewards you based on lead quality, regardless of the final purchase outcome.
• Cost-Per-Acquisition (Currently Not Available): Earn a fixed commission for every successful customer acquisition generated through your referral efforts. This model applies for a set term or campaign, with performance tracked on completed sales or service signups.

We may assign you to one or more models depending on your niche, performance, or agreement. Changes to commission type or rates will be communicated in advance.

Program Restrictions

pTo maintain fairness and brand integrity, the following activities are strictly followed/prohibited based on the context:

• PPC Restrictions: Bidding on Flatworld Solutions Inc’s, branded keywords or close variations on Google Ads, Bing Ads, or similar platforms is not allowed.
• Misleading Content: You may not misrepresent our services or claim false results, guarantees, or affiliations. Also, you will refrain from practicing link baiting or placing ads that would mislead the customers in any way.
• Spam or Unsolicited Outreach: Email spamming, comment spamming, or any deceptive practices to drive traffic are strictly forbidden.
• Coupon and Deal Sites: Listing us on discount/coupon sites is not allowed unless explicitly authorized.
• Brand Impersonation: You may not register domains or social profiles that appear to be official Flatworld Solutions Inc. properties.
• Intellectual Property Rights: Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, redistribution, reproduction, publication, or modification of Flatworld Solutions logos, brand name, or content is strictly prohibited.
• Data Privacy and Information Security: You must not store, use, or sell PII and other confidential information about clients and organizations as per GDPR/CCPA compliance without written consent from the parties during or after the course of our partnership.

Failure to comply may result in termination from the program and forfeiture of commissions.

Termination Clause

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• Affiliate-Initiated Termination: You may opt-out by contacting AffiliateSupport@flatworld.com.
• Company-Initiated Termination: We may terminate your account with or without cause. Grounds for immediate termination include:

• Breach of these terms
• Suspected fraud or abuse
• Brand reputation damage

Upon termination, you must remove all affiliate links, branded content, and cease any form of promotion. Outstanding commissions may be withheld or paid based on the nature of termination.

Modification Rights

We reserve the right to update or change any aspect of this affiliate agreement, including commission rates, rules, and payout processes, at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or through your affiliate dashboard. Continued participation after an update will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.

Legal Disclaimers

• No Guarantee of Earnings: We do not guarantee specific income levels. Earnings are dependent on your performance and conversions.
• Independent Contractor: You act as an independent contractor. Nothing in this agreement forms a legal partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship.
• Liability Limitation: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to this agreement or the affiliate program.
• Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Your Country/State.
