The recruitment process at Flatworld has a series of stages to ensure that the right person is selected. Our extensive and continuous training programs ensures that our teams are up-to-date on the latest in technologies and processes.
At Flatworld we have a database of candidates who are college graduates, and have experience in various industries. The first level of screening occurs when we filter candidates based on requirements we receive from customers.
This involves administering various tests. These include skill tests like technical, aptitude, quantitative and communication-based tests - verbal, written, listening skills and comprehension. Group discussions are conducted to evaluate effective communication skills. English language tests to check command over the language and personal one-on-one interviews to determine competency are also conducted. The candidate is then short-listed.
Operation representatives assess relevant subject matter and technical skills while the HR representative further reviews the short listed candidates to check personal attributes such as communication skills, attitude, culture fit, initiative and interpersonal skills.
HR and Operations conduct the final one-on-one interviews. Background or reference checks are carried out on the candidates by getting in touch with references they provide. The check will involve acquiring information about the candidate's background, professional capacity, integrity and character.
On completion of these procedures the candidate is given an offer letter.
