Flatworld came to Davao City in 2010 to participate in the booming IT-BPM sector of the city and, wanted to leverage the work force and generate employment in Davao City. Since then Flatworld Philippines, has steadily grown and made waves in the local IT-BPM industry as it caters to the needs of its clients and the industry, at the same time ensuring a safe, healthy work environment for our employees.

While many large corporations prefer to be in bigger cities like Manila and Cebu, we wanted to focus on the regions outside the Tier-1 cities where the job market is still favorable for growth. The availability of qualified workforce, stable infrastructure, safety of the employees, and traffic situation in Davao make it conducive for our business.

'Kadayawan sa Flatworld' is one of their unique activities in the company, the employees are split into teams and each team represents one of the tribes of Mindanao. This event also features cultural performances by each team.
