Once the translated document is prepared, it undergoes a stringent review process by senior translators
Any errors are corrected and the document goes through another round of QA
The document is "back-translated" by another translator and compared with the original document. This is done to ensure accuracy
If both documents compare favorably with each other, the final translated document is sent to the client for approval
Any changes specified by the client are duly incorporated, and the QA process is carried out once again
When the client is completely satisfied, an invoice is raised for the project
