Job Description

Processing & ensuring timely delivery as per agreed SLAs
Good knowledge with respect to DTP, design and other creative requirements
Handle tight schedules, client interaction, & quality assurance
Interact with customers to understand requirements and communicate feedback/solutions
Ensure resolution of client queries/complaints within specified time frame
Provide timely reports on a daily/weekly/monthly for review

Required Competencies

Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in handling projects related to Graphic Design, DTP, and Artwork
Mandatory skills required in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Good knowledge and understanding about Adobe InDesign and Corel Draw
Audio & Video editing knowledge preferable
Good communication skills
Willingness to work in night shifts
