The Client

Flatworld Solutions was contacted by one of the most popular breweries in Ireland. They were looking for someone to create a 3D architectural walkthrough of their facility.

The Challenge

3D architectural walkthroughs require excellent knowledge of the Irish landscape. This is difficult to communicate over the phone and internet, and requires access to photos, topographical details, and more.

The Solution

Flatworld Solutions assigned two resources to work on this project exclusively. The team collected details about the property and the area from the client, including site plans, elevations, topographical details, and more, all of which were used to determine how to move forward with the 3D walkthrough.

After that, they sent samples to the client. After the samples were approved, the team at Flatworld Solutions created a 3D gray model of the property using top view visualization. To create a gray model, the team used 3DS Max and sent it back to the client. The client then provided some added feedback with the rooftop landscaping. The team implemented the changes as per the client's feedback and sent the final project to the client.

Given the difficulty of this type of project, we then sent it to our Quality Assurance team for strict quality checking, and they reviewed it to make sure that it is error free.

The Results
