One such Vital Factor is the aging reports. When aging reports reflect growing AR’s, especially those above 90 days, this becomes a concern to me. This means that we are aging our dollars and not collecting. In the past with my staff here, I have had to deal with this issue quite a bit. It has always been a positive and negative issue for me, sometimes they collect and sometimes they do not.
