The client is a leading client in the United States who provides customers with sketches of their photos. They convert the clients' photos uploaded on their website into cartoon characters, based on a well-known show.

The Requirement

The client was looking for a reliable and cost-effective illustration service provider who could help them with quick and quality illustrations. They wanted a partner who could convert the images into illustrations with the theme of a very popular cartoon series.

The Challenges

The major challenges faced by our team of illustrators at Flatworld Solutions include -

• The client wanted our team to deliver over 50 illustrations in a day and the number would increase to 100 illustrations per day
• The client was looking to rapidly scale-up the requirement of illustrations within a quick time

The Trial

The customer wanted to test out our illustration services and so opted for a trial project with us. We assigned a total of 3 illustrators for the trial project and we successfully delivered 5 illustrations to the client as per their requirements.

Full-Term Contract

The client was very impressed with the quality of the illustrations our teams gave during the test project. They decided to outsource the entire project to us. We allocated 5 resources to the project and each of them could deliver 10 illustrations per day. We delivered 50 illustrations per day to the customer, who wanted to increase this number to 100 illustrations per day.

The client sent us the instructions via e-mail in PDF format. Our illustrators logged into the customer's personal portal, downloaded photos of people in JPEG format, illustrated them with the required characters using Adobe Illustrator, and the customer made the payment.
