We are looking for a seasoned recruitment head with 15+ years of experience to drive talent acquisition for BPO and KPO operations in mid-size companies. The candidate must be well-versed in a pragmatic approach, people management, headhunting, and leveraging social media for recruitment. This person must strategize and enable the team to deliver in the fast-paced world of BPO recruitment and maneuver quickly and effectively through the recruitment maze.
Key Requirements
- Strategic thought leadership in designing future state delivery and strategies for attaining them.
- Recruitment & selection strategy, manpower planning for the organization.
- Responsible for managing and maintaining key recruitment metrics and present them to the stakeholders at regular intervals.
- Skills in planning and delivering initiatives that improves the business results in a demanding environment.
- A collaborative approach, ability to work across organizational lines with good networking skills.
- Bring in automation to make hiring a seamless experience for candidates and business. Utilizes applicant tracking system, job boards, employee intranet portals and recruiting process for proper tracking of recruiting metrics.
General Requirements
- Overall 15 - 17 years of recruitment experience.
- Preference of at least 5- 7 years of ITES hiring.
- Strong exposure to outsourcing business environments/senior stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge thinking and influence change.
- Experienced in hiring engineers/editors/designers /managers/senior managers and business development executives.
- Good knowledge of sourcing tools and technologies including all social media platforms.
- Experience of working in a fast-moving environment with a strong focus on delivery.
- Good communication and networking skills.
- Self-driven, result-oriented structured approach.
