• We log in to our customer's web-based application, into which the audio files are loaded
• Our project manager assigns audio files to be transcribed into text files by professional transcribers on the same web-based application, or on our systems
• Files will go through a quality assurance process, where our certified proofreaders check for and correct errors, if any, in the transcribed files
• Transcribed files are emailed or uploaded to a secure FTP server

3. Remote Login Transcription Process

• We remotely log in and access the audio files from our customer's software application
• Our project manager assigns audio files to be transcribed into text files by professional transcribers using the same parent software application
• Files will go through a quality assurance process, where our certified proofreaders check for and correct errors in the transcribed files at 30 minute intervals
• The transcribed files are then submitted on to the same parent software application
